Modifying your payment cycle in Helpjuice is a straightforward process that varies depending on whether you want to upgrade to annual billing or switch to monthly payments.

Upgrading to Annual Billing

To upgrade from monthly to annual billing:

  1. Log in to your Helpjuice dashboard
  2. Navigate to the billing section (requires superadmin access)
  3. Select the annual payment option
  4. Confirm your selection to complete the upgrade

Note: Only users with superadmin privileges can modify billing settings.

Switching to Monthly Billing

If you're currently on an annual subscription and want to switch to monthly billing:

  1. Contact Helpjuice support at support@helpjuice.com
  2. Request the change to monthly billing in your message
  3. Wait for confirmation from the support team
