  • Edit this pageOpen in Helpjuice editor

If you're experiencing a 404 error while accessing the knowledge base, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

First, try accessing the knowledge base in incognito/private mode:

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows/Linux) or Command + Shift + N (macOS)
  • Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows/Linux) or Command + Shift + P (macOS)
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If the knowledge base loads correctly in incognito mode, the issue is likely related to your browser cache or cookies. To resolve this:

Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

In Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots menu in the upper-right corner
  2. Select "More Tools"
  3. Click "Clear browsing data"
  4. Select "Cookies and cache"
  5. Click "Clear data"

If clearing cache and cookies doesn't resolve the issue, try these additional steps:

  • Refresh your browser
  • Try a different browser
  • Check your internet connection
