What You Should Know Before We Start
A wide range of Customizations can be implemented using our new friendly UI, designed for you to be able to modify several sections of your Knowlege Base without having to touch the code.
The Customize Area also includes a Code section, which your team can fully adjust.
They are both free and fully accessible by your team!

Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent, fair, and flexible to accommodate your needs. This Knowledge Base article will guide you through the pricing details of our Expert Customization Service, emphasizing what is included in each type of customization.
Can I Request a Pro Customization?
If the 'Request Pro Customization' button is greyed out, it means your current plan does not support Expert Customizations. Please contact support@helpjuice.com to upgrade.
Note that you still have the ability to customize the code on your own, as well as access our user-friendly interface that doesn't require any coding.
Customization Types
Overhaul
Transform your Knowledge Base with a complete rebuild, tailored to your design from the ground up. This is perfect for a fresh start with a new look and feel.
- Complete redesign of the front-end, such as designs from scratch
- Multiple category/article pages design, such as custom behaviors
- Custom navigation or deep redirects, such as complex redirects
Cost: $175 for a comprehensive rebuild (Prices might change in the future)
Medium
Need significant updates? Our Medium Changes service includes adjusting the categories design, redesigning elements, and modifying functionalities to better suit your needs. For instance:
- Partial redesign of the front-end, such as designs based on built-in themes
- Multiple category/article pages design, such as custom brands (white-labels)
- Adding custom sections on the front-end, such as static sections on the Home Page, announcements or copyright information
Cost: $60 for substantial updates (Prices might change in the future)
Minor
For quick tweaks like changing font size or minor modifications, our Minor Adjustments service is ideal. These small changes can make a big difference. For instance:
- Redesign of specific elements, such as article components
- Changing basic functionality, such as following articles or showing author information
- Create custom redirects, such as redirect from category A to category B
- Including embed codes, such as as Google Analytics or Custom Bots
Cost: $20 for minor tweaks (Prices might change in the future)
Implementation Effort
While certain topics may seem similar across different price tiers, they can vary significantly in complexity. For example, a redirect can be straightforward or complex depending on the specific requirements and the logic needed to implement it in the code.
Default Credit Card Used
The credit card used by default is the one added to your knowledge base. If you are a Super Administrator or Administrator you can check this information by going to the Billing Page.
How To Submit a Customization Request
- Open your Dashboard
- Click on the Customize icon
- Click on Request Expert Customization
- Choose the Customization Type you want
- Attach your mockup (if any) and add all necessary instructions
What is Not a Customization Request
