With this integration, you can:

  • Automatically reply to support emails with relevant knowledge base articles based on the email content.
  • Automatically create knowledge base articles from Google Drive whenever a new file is added.
  • Automatically update your knowledge base based on a spreadsheet.
  • Automatically update spreadsheet records when a knowledge base article is created.

Set Up Instructions:

  1. Log in to your Zapier account (sign up if you don't have one).
  2. Log in to your Helpjuice account.
  3. Go to Settings and copy your API key (see how).
  4. Visit our Zapier Helpjuice Installation Page.
  5. Click on “Accept Invite & Build A Zap”.
  6. Build your Zap!
